Mitra Rajasa (Mira) has recently acquired a new and highly prospective business through the acquisition of Sabre Systems International Pte.Ltd. and PT Pulau Kencana Raya.
The former owns and operates the Floating Production Storage and Offloading (FPSO) system for offshore oil and gas production;
the latter provides oil-and-gas service expertise and personnel to operate the FPSO and related services. Combined with our well established land transportation trucking fleet, our strategic entry into FPSO has given us a major platform to expand our business into oil-and-gas services, energy storage and distribution,and transportation and logistics support for infrastructure-related projects and developments.
